Author: Norman Muncey

Norman founded the Youth Orchestra in 2000 as a retirement project. The object then was to give every young person regardless of age or ability the opportunity to make music together. He conducted the Orchestra until 2010 when ill health forced him to retire from conducting. He still keeps the register and arranges music using Sibelius.
